How can I contact H&S Sensortechnik?

Can you also reserve the goods at H&S Sensortechnik and pick them up yourself?
Yes, you can pick up the goods during our business hours.
These are: Monday – Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. We are there for you on Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Which payment methods can I choose between?
You can choose between instant bank transfer, payment by credit card or prepayment. In the case of prepayment, the bank details will be sent in a separate e-mail when the order is placed and the goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery area 1: Austria & Germany
Shipping costs: 8,00€
Delivery area 2: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic & Hungary
Shipping costs: 14,00€
Delivery area 3: Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain & Sweden
Shipping costs: 28,00€
Delivery area 4: Malta
Shipping costs: 120,00€

How long does the delivery take?
For deliveries to Austria and Germany the delivery time is 1 – 3 working days, for deliveries abroad 7 – 10 working days. Parcel deliveries are delivered regularly Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Is express delivery possible?
Yes, it is possible but with additional costs. We are happy to clarify inquiries of this type by email (office@hs-sensortechnik.at) or by telephone (+43 (0) 77 62/43 705-0).
How can I complain about items purchased online?
If an item purchased online is defective (e.g. because it does not work or was damaged in transit), you can complain about it to us. For the fastest possible processing, it is best to send us the information by email office@hs-sensortechnik.at
- a brief description of the defect
- meaningful photos in which the defect can be clearly seen
- a photo showing all the defective items together
