Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, when possible.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Rückerstattung
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit to your credit card or original payment method will be made automatically within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially booked.
Next, you then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be booked.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item, please send us an e-mail to office@hs-sensortechnik.at and send the item to: H&S Sensortechnik GmbH, Jagern 62, 4761 Enzenkirchen

To return your product, please send it to: H&S Sensortechnik GmbH, Jagern 62, 4761 Enzenkirchen.
You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. The shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to arrive.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or take out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
